Job summary

Kenvue is currently recruiting for an EMEA Media & Marketing Operations Student Placement based in Reading, Berkshire. You’ll support the regional media and marketing operations team across influencer marketing, content optimisation, data analysis and internal communications, with ownership of discrete projects from day one.

As a Bachelor or Master student, you’ll demonstrate strong analytical skills, familiarity with analytics tools, and a passion for Brand Management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree program.
• Bachelor or Master student with a minimum of 2 semesters completed and strong academic results.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Brand Management.
• Work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable with numbers, analytics, dashboards, and Excel.
• Familiar with influencers and their presence on social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer marketing and/or media reporting, insights, and best-practice sharing to help brands improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with markets, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of influencer marketing and media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven consumer discovery, and share actionable recommendations with the team.
• The role may also support additional projects as business priorities evolve, providing broader learning and development opportunities.
