Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking an EMC Technician to perform electromagnetic compatibility testing on electrical and electronic products in Irvine, CA. You will set up test configurations, run test plans (RE, CE, immunity), collect data, and document results in a regulated lab environment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Electrical Engineering or hands-on EMC testing experience, up to 3 years, and familiarity with FCC/CISPR standards, safety practices, and basic

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or hands-on EMC testing experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in EMC/EMI testing.
• Familiarity with FCC/CISPR EMC standards.
• Basic lab safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Perform EMC testing including Radiated Emissions, Conducted Emissions and Immunity testing.
• Set up test configurations and execute test plans per standards.
• Record data accurately and maintain traceable test records.
