Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Engineer to evaluate designs and oversee EMC/RF/product safety testing for worldwide regulatory compliance. You will coordinate internal and third-party testing, manage certification schedules, and maintain technical documentation to ensure conformance with standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consumer electronics, certifications, product safety or regulatory compliance.
• Experience with test methodologies applicable to electronic equipment.
• Familiarity with labeling requirements and major standards (CE, RoHS, RED, WEEE, Prop65).
• Ability to work with ISO 17025 lab accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure samples for testing, gather documentation, and coordinate RFQs/POs to labs.
• Conduct internal EMC/RF testing in the company lab.
• Manage certification schedules with labs and internal teams for domestic and international markets.
• Keep project schedules on track and report status to engineering leadership.
• Establish and maintain regulatory compliance processes and documentation.
• Lead technical guidance on regulations and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and manage multiple certifications (WiFi, HDMI, BT, ZigBee, ZWave).
