Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) and the Shipboard EMC Improvement Program (SEMCIP).

The role covers theoretical and practical work in RF sensors and EMC certification, including E3/EMI/EMC analysis, testing, and mitigation. The candidate will work on-site at Dahlgren, with travel up to 15% and a sign-on bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (RF/EMI/EMC/propagation).
• Active or interim SECRET DoW clearance.
• 4+ years of Navy RF sensors and systems experience (E3/EMI/EMC).

Responsabilidades

• Support NSWCDD SEMCIP with focus on theory and practical R&D, test engineering, or integration of Navy RF sensors.
• Work from NSWC Dahlgren 5 days per week with up to 15% travel.
• Perform EMI/EMC analysis, testing, and mitigation planning; contribute to EMI control measures.
