You will validate test setups, stay current with IEC/EN 61000 standards, collaborate with Product Compliance and R&D, and contribute to process improvements while upholding SEL values. Qualifications

• Two-year electronic technology or related associate degree.
• 5+ years of EMC compliance test experience at electronics development/manufacturing company.
• Hands-on testing with common EMC equipment.
• Knowledge of IEC/EN 61000-2x/3x/4x series and related standards.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform EMC tests and document results per SEL quality system.
• Develop and maintain understanding of EMC standards and requirements.
• Validate and troubleshoot test equipment and setups for compliance.
• Provide support to Product Compliance and R&D teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation.
