Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT professional in Cary, NC to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of IT experience, with preferred expertise in EMC Captiva, OCR/Enterprise Capture, and translating requirements into system specifications. You will contribute to SDLC activities, project lifecycle work, and design/architecture reviews, while ensuring confidentiality and alignment with EEO guidelines.

• Three years of progressive experience in lieu of education may be considered for each year of schooling.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

• At least 3 years of experience with EMC Captiva
• At least 4 years of experience in OCR and Enterprise Capture Skills
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
