Job summary

AO Swag, located in Coppell, TX, is seeking an Embroidery Team Lead to oversee daily embroidery operations, guide and train colleagues, and collaborate with management to boost efficiency.

The role requires prior embroidery production experience, familiarity with multi-head machines (preferably ZSK), and leadership skills. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, with potential overtime during peak periods. Safety-focused and detail-oriented candidates only.

Qualifications

• Previous embroidery production experience.

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the embroidery team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Operate embroidery machines and assist with complex or high-priority orders as needed.
• Monitor quality control to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on processes, equipment, and best practices.
• Coordinate job assignments and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and elevate maintenance needs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Track production progress and report on performance metrics to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Role

What We’re Looking For

Schedule & Physical Requirements

Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 11:00PM
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods in accordance with business needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
