Richardson Sports, Inc. in Oregon is seeking an embroidery machine operator for a full-time swing-shift role (Mon–Thu, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.) with a four-day workweek and three-day weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year factory related experience.
• Ability to read drawings and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Performs repetitive work to support the assembly floor.
• Maintains embroidery machine by continually checking thread/color balance.
• Ensure embroidery orders coincide with customers purchase orders and requests.
• Detect and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the shift supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required by the Facilities Coordinator and Production Manager.
• Ability to perform but not limited to the following tasks: hooping, threading the machine, etc.
• Provide quick and efficient changeovers required as production of product changes.
