Job summary

GME Supply in Houston, TX is seeking a Full-Time Embroidery Machine Operator to join our Customization team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of embroidery machines, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery for client orders.

Responsibilities

• Properly clean, maintain, calibrate, program, adjust & change machines and settings.
• Select the proper art files, thread, needles, and backing to meet quality and design specifications.
• Hoop products, load and unload items to/from machines for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues to maintain design and item quality during embroidery runs.
• Document machine settings and supplies used on new designs to ensure future consistency.
• Product and order trimming, folding, packaging, and staging to meet needs and quality standards.
• Participate in, and request, ongoing personal and team training, for customization as well as departmental cross-training, while supporting and training other teammates as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace through daily cleaning.
• All duties are necessary to support an efficient and successful customization process.
