Whether you are replacing or repairing parts, troubleshooting electrical/mechanical/hydraulic and pneumatic systems or performing inspections on some of the most sophisticated civilian aircraft in the world, no day is the same. A High school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license is preferred.
0-2 years of experience in aviation maintenance, avionics, or similar.
These technicians have limited to moderate knowledge of general maintenance aspects
Technicians require close supervision of general maintenance tasks
Airframe or Powerplant license is required. Airframe license is preferred.
2-4 years of experience working in aviation maintenance
Experience working on corporate aircraft is preferred but not essential.
These technicians have considerable knowledge of the job and general maintenance aspects.
Technicians require general supervision on routine maintenance and more detailed instruction for new or special assignments.
Airframe license is required; in addition, Powerplant license is highly preferred
4-6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance
Experience working on corporate aircraft is highly preferred but not essential.
These technicians have full knowledge of general, detailed, and special assignments in aircraft maintenance
Airframe and Powerplant license is required.
6+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance
Must have extensive experience on corporate aircraft platforms
Subject matter expert in all areas of the job
We’re looking for team players who are self‑motivated and able to perform in a fast‑paced environment where working under specific deadlines and time constraints will be common.
Attend work every day as scheduled to include overtime and weekend assignments.
Notify supervisor in advance of shift starting if unable to work.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work each day.
Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
Follow all company and safety rules during performance of duties.
Maintain customer‑oriented work habits.
Work under supervision of assigned Team Leader and Director of Maintenance.
May be directed to supervise other technicians in some capacity.
Work is performed in a hangar environment subject to extreme temperature variations from very cold to very hot.
Work outside during aircraft runs will occur.
Varied positions in and around the aircraft.
Personal hand tools supplied by the mechanic.
Pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical equipment.
Jacks, stands, lifts and other support devices.
Tugs, power carts and other engine powered equipment.

The hourly rate for this position generally ranges between $30-$46. Actual hourly rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. Additional compensation in the form of a shift differential will be provided if the employee is assigned to an alternate shift. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semi‑annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) company match and employer contribution to a Health Savings Account (HSA).
