Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking an AI Engineer specializing in automation and robotics to shape embodied AI and foundational robotics models. The role develops and deploys AI and robotics solutions on-site in Redmond, WA, offering compensation of USD 60 - 65 per hour.

The candidate will refine complex software, build testing frameworks, and advance ML pipelines for robotic applications while integrating control and perception stacks across simulators and real hardware.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
2-4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or related domain.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Hands-on experience with simulation environments or robotic hardware.
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Responsibilities

Refine and improve a range of sophisticated software projects through targeted tuning.
Design and build a robust test automation framework to support development and quality assurance.
Develop advanced training and evaluation pipelines for machine learning models.
Review and optimize training data for robotic and AI applications.
Create tooling to enable rapid deployment of new algorithms in both simulation and real hardware.
Integrate robotic control and perception stacks within multiple simulation environments.
