Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with defect documentation and test reporting.
• Ability to safely access and work on agricultural equipment in field and shop environments.
• Experience developing and executing test cases based on system and software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform verification testing of embedded software on agricultural equipment in field and bench environments.
• Analyze and review system requirements to develop test strategies and plans.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and procedures aligned with feature functionality and performance expectations.
• Analyze test results and failures, perform root cause investigation, and distinguish between test issues and product defects.
• Create, maintain, and communicate test reports and quality status to stakeholders.
