Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience; 2+ years preferred; or Master's degree.
• Experience with test equipment (signal analyzer, signal generator, USRP)
• Solid knowledge of testing concepts, principles, and theories
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming, system processes, and scripting languages
• Openly proposes ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency, solicits input, and optimizes solutions
• Dedicated problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Generate system test work products following standards, processes and tools
• Develop tests and diagnostic programs; design fixtures and procedures
• Create tests for hardware, software, and systems across product life cycle
• Design and implement cost-effective testing methods and troubleshoot
• Develop comprehensive test plans covering product functionality
• Support automated test scripts using Python 3.9+ per coding standards
• Apply robust verification and validation methodologies
• Coordinate integration between hardware, firmware, and software teams
• Establish integration procedures for smooth component interaction
• Support AGILE implementation
• Create test documentation including plans, procedures and reports
• Maintain records of test activities and results
