Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a software engineer to contribute to real-time/embedded software development, including low-level Linux/VxWorks BSPs and hardware driver work. You will develop in C/C++, build networked client-server apps, and support software lifecycles in Linux and AWS environments.

The role requires a BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent, 0–3 years experience, and willingness to travel up to 5% for domestic/international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 0 - 3 years' work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, modifies and implements software applications from functional and system design specifications.
• Codes, integrates, tests, debugs, and refines the software to produce the required product.
• Develops software tools and subsystems to support software development, test, and reuse, and manages their implementation.
• Performs software build, automation test, troubleshooting, and releasing for software components in Linux and AWS environments.
