Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track embedded hardware and software development projects
• Build and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, schedules and dependencies
• Coordinate activity across engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, production and external partners
• Act as a key point of communication between internal teams and customers
• Lead or support project meetings, customer updates and cross-functional reviews
• Track risks, issues, actions, resource constraints and changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Clarify technical requirements, feasibility and project risks with engineering teams
• Keep stakeholders informed of project status, priorities, blockers and upcoming milestones
• Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, decision logs and action tracking
• Identify roadblocks early and drive actions through to resolution
• Support projects through development, production readiness and customer rollout
