Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer intern to develop and implement software for embedded devices and systems across multiple U.S. locations. The role emphasizes code testing, debugging, and performance optimization of I/O operations.

The intern will contribute to software QA, collaborate with hardware teams, and gain hands-on experience with real-world aerospace applications, while meeting graduation timelines and enrollment commitments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar field
• Must graduate December 2027 or later
• Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
• U.S. export control laws require the candidate to be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement embedded software for devices and systems.
• Analyze and monitor the efficiency and stability of the system.
• Support software quality assurance while optimizing I/O performance.
