Job summary

ApplyMint is seeking an Intern, Software Engineer in Northampton, MA to contribute to embedded software for real‑time control of tactical radio equipment. You’ll apply CS concepts across design, implementation and testing, shaping interfaces between hardware and software while meeting performance targets.

You’ll participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, coding and debugging across Windows and Linux platforms, using languages such as C++, C#, Java and Python on multiple RTOS

Qualifications

Eligible candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, wireless engineering, math, or related field.

Responsibilities

Apply CS, engineering and math analysis to develop software for the target application.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design interfaces between hardware and software and meet performance requirements.
Support all phases of the software development life cycle for embedded real‑time control of tactical radio equipment.
Develop software test procedures and related documentation.
