Job summary

Ingenuity Design Group seeks an embedded software engineer to develop software for commercial systems from concept through production. You will integrate software with hardware, test prototypes, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and customers.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, at least two years of professional software design experience, and proficiency in ANSI-C/C++ for embedded systems, reading schematics, and working with 8- to 32-bit microcontrollers.

Job description

Develop embedded software for commercial systems throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept and detailed design through production. Integrate software with hardware, test prototypes, develop communications systems, translate user requirements into code, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and customers.

Requirements

Applicants must be authorized to work permanently in the United States, hold a relevant bachelor's degree, and have at least two years of professional software design experience. They must be proficient in ANSI-C/C++, embedded systems using 8- to 32-bit microcontrollers, reading schematics and datasheets, using test equipment, communicating in English, and working independently and collaboratively.
