Job summary

Edison Smart® is seeking a Technical Lead Embedded Software Engineer in Denver for a hybrid role, typically 3 days in the office per week. You will drive technical direction and help deliver custom embedded solutions from discovery to production.

You’ll mentor less experienced engineers and serve as the main technical contact for client teams, shaping robust firmware for robotics, automation, and smart tech applications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or related subject
• Experience with embedded C/C++ development
• Familiarity with RTOS and serial communication protocols

Responsibilities

• Mentor less experienced engineers on the embedded software team
• Act as a point of contact for client’s technical teams
• Deliver custom embedded solutions end-to-end from discovery through to production

Technical Lead Embedded Software Engineer | Denver (Hybrid) | Up to $165,000

Join a high-calibre Embedded Engineering team, who are building innovative custom embedded solutions for the robotics, automation, and smart tech industries.

You’ll help to deliver custom embedded solutions, working end-to-end from technical discovery through to production. As a Technical Lead, you’ll be responsible for mentoring less experienced members of the embedded software team, as well act as a point of contact for client’s technical teams.

This position is hybrid in Denver, usually 3 days per week in office.
