Job Summary:
The Senior Embedded Software Engineer is a key contributor to the development of advanced sensing technologies within the Sensing & Power Systems (SPS) business unit at Crane Aerospace & Electronics. SPS provides essential sensing capabilities, such as pressure, proximity, air data, and fluid measurement, that support critical aircraft functions across commercial and military platforms. These products must perform reliably in demanding aerospace environments, requiring robust, certifiable embedded software aligned with industry standards. In this role, you will lead software architecture, implementation, integration, and verification activities that directly influence product performance, system safety, and long-term program success.

Salary range: $132,548.90 – $162,437.40. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
