You will design, develop, and maintain embedded software, implement features using clean architecture, and collaborate across software teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Solid hands-on C++ development experience (C++14/17).
  • Experience in Linux-based development environments.
  • Hands-on Qt/QML development experience.
  • Strong OOP and software architecture knowledge.
  • Experience with multithreaded applications.
  • Familiarity with Git and Jira.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded/application software using C++ in a Linux environment.
  • Develop UIs and functionality with Qt and QML.
  • Implement features following object-oriented design and clean architecture.
  • Develop and maintain multithreaded applications.
  • Collaborate with architects, systems engineers, UX teams, and developers.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and feature-level tests.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Use Git for version control and Jira for issue tracking.
  • Support new feature development and enhancements to existing apps.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Embedded Software Engineers to develop next-generation guidance and automation software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong C++ and Linux development experience along with hands-on expertise in Qt/QML. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and delivering high-quality customer-facing software within a modern Agile and clean-architecture environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded/application software using C++ in a Linux environment.
  • Develop user interfaces and application functionality using Qt and QML.
  • Implement software features following object-oriented design and clean architecture principles.
  • Develop and maintain multithreaded applications.
  • Collaborate with software architects, systems engineers, UX teams, and developers.
  • Create and execute unit, integration, and feature-level test cases.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Use Git for version control and Jira for issue tracking.
  • Support new feature development as well as enhancements to existing applications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C++ development, preferably C++14/C++17.
  • Strong experience with Linux-based development environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Qt and QML.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software architecture.
  • Experience with multithreaded application development.
  • Experience with Git and Jira.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in embedded systems, automotive, agriculture, industrial, or transportation software.
  • Experience with automated testing and software testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of guidance, navigation, automation, or control systems.

The ideal candidate is a strong C++/Qt/QML developer with Linux experience who can contribute quickly to an established software development team.
