Global Connect Technologies is seeking an experienced Embedded QNX / Android Developer to design, develop, integrate, and debug embedded software for next-generation automotive systems. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with QNX Neutrino RTOS.
  • Experience with Android Automotive / AAOS or Android platform development.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++.
  • Experience with Android Framework, HAL, AIDL, and system services.
  • Knowledge of Embedded Linux, BSP, device drivers, and boot process.
  • Experience with Git, CMake/Make, debugging, and build systems.
  • Good understanding of automotive communication protocols: CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate embedded software applications and system components using QNX and Android Automotive.
  • Develop, customize, and debug BSP, drivers, middleware, and system services.
  • Work with Android Automotive OS (AAOS), Android framework, HAL, and system-level components.
  • Perform software integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain embedded applications using C/C++ and Java/Kotlin.
  • Integrate automotive communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, and SOME/IP.
  • Collaborate with hardware, systems, and validation teams to resolve software and integration issues.
  • Analyze logs, crashes, boot issues, memory/performance problems, and system failures.
  • Support software development throughout the complete SDLC, including design, implementation, testing, and release.
