L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL is seeking Embedded Software Engineers to design, develop, integrate, and test embedded computing systems for Advanced Mission Technologies. You will work on mission-critical architectures across space, air, land, sea and cyber domains, interfacing hardware and software and supporting customer deployments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Active Secret clearance preferred.
3+ years embedded development experience.
3+ years with C++ systems development and software/hardware co-design.
Experience with safety-critical DO-178B or above standards.
Familiarity with RTOS such as VxWorks/LynxOS/Integrity.

Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software and system performance.
Software development in C/C++ using existing tools.
Work on requirements, test, and software/system architecture and design.
Utilize Python-based test frameworks for validation.
Support mission systems integration architecture and customer deployments.
Contribute to complex systems focused on mission computing and memory/display subsystems.
