Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop software and firmware for new products. You will primarily program in embedded C++ for 32-bit microprocessors, contributing to full-cycle embedded software development in a safety-critical environment such as medical devices or aerospace.

The role requires 5+ years of embedded software and RTOS experience (QNX or similar), and expertise with Board Support Packages and embedded Linux.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
• 5+ years of RTOS experience, preferably with QNX or Free/Safe RTOS.

• 5+ years of experience with embedded C++.
• 1+ year of experience in a safety-critical environment (medical device or aerospace).
• 1+ year of experience working with Board Support Packages.
