Job summary

Belcan is seeking an Embedded Software Development Engineer for Grimes, IA to design, develop, deploy, and support software for electronic products used in on-highway vehicles. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with MATLAB/Simulink.
• Understanding of vehicle networks and CAN/J1939 protocols.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Familiarity with software development processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support software for electronic products.
• Record and track software bugs to closure.
• Investigate and resolve software issues promptly.
• Ensure quality software and electrical components for on-highway vehicles.
• Use MATLAB/Simulink and MBDS to develop embedded software.
• Interface with stakeholders to meet requirements.
