Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer II with a strong background in embedded Linux development and the Yocto build system. This role focuses on hands-on work with device drivers, kernel customization, bootloaders, and board bring-up, with a preference for Xilinx platforms.

As a member of the software team, you will participate in architecture design, implementation, testing, qualification, and in-orbit support, collaborating closely with hardware, systems, and FPGA

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux and Yocto.
• Experience developing device drivers and kernel customization.
• Experience with bootloaders and board bring-up; Xilinx platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to full software lifecycle from concept to production.
