Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids seeks a Software Engineer I to design, develop, integrate, and verify embedded software solutions for mission-critical systems. You will collaborate with hardware, systems, and FPGA engineers in an onsite environment and grow within a team that values learning and delivering high-quality software.

The role offers exposure to cryptography, waveform and networking protocols, DevSecOps, and modern development languages such as Rust, C++, and Python.

Qualifications

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
