Job summary

Lynx is seeking an experienced software engineer to advance embedded graphics and compute drivers. You will customize products for new embedded hardware and RTOS, profile and optimize drivers, and write technical specs. You will join a team delivering reliable, high-quality safety-critical solutions with strong ownership and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software development (C/C++).
• Experience with embedded operating systems (Lynx, VxWorks, Linux, Deos, etc.).
• Experience developing, debugging and troubleshooting embedded Vulkan, OpenGL or OpenCL drivers.
• Experience with ARINC 653.
• Strong organization and technical skills.
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ingrained sense of accountability and ownership.
• Continuous drive for learning, pushing technical limits and finding new solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with DO-178 or ISO26262 software development is an asset.
