Technical Needs is seeking an Embedded Software Development Contractor to design, develop, and maintain embedded Windows applications for life-saving defibrillator products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years developing embedded C++ apps in Windows.
• 6+ years software design and development.
• Experience with multi-threaded embedded software.
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
• BS degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• Medical device software experience is a plus.

Our client is looking for an Embedded Software Development Contractor to join a leading medical device company dedicated to saving lives through innovative hardware and software solutions.THIS POSITION REQUIRES BEING A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO THEIR FACILITYIn this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining embedded Windows applications for life-saving defibrillator products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features, improve existing software, and ensure compliance with medical device standards. If you have a strong background in embedded C++ development, multi-threaded application design, and debugging, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to life-critical software in a collaborative environment.You will be tasked with developing applications in an embedded Windows environment, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and verification.
