Job summary

CACI is seeking an Embedded Software Engineering Co-op in our Software Engineering department. The role focuses on prototyping, coding, testing, scripting, and documentation across Windows, Linux, and RTOS environments.

You will work with Git, Jira, and peer reviews to deliver quality code. Ideal candidates are CS/CE juniors or seniors capable of C/C++ and Python, with an interest in hardware and object-oriented design.

Qualifications

• Current junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Experience programming in C++ or C#.
• Interest in embedded programming and hardware.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Design.

Responsibilities

• Creation and updates for requirements, test plans, and release documentation.
