Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Application Engineer to design, develop, and maintain embedded software for aerospace systems. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of embedded software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Rust and/or C/C++ in embedded environments.
  • Knowledge of Linux, real‑time or near‑real‑time systems, and hardware communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet).
  • Experience with sensors, radios, or mission‑critical applications is highly valued.
  • Able to troubleshoot complex software/hardware interactions and deliver production‑quality code.
