Job summary

Method Security, Inc. is seeking an Embedded Operator to own security outcomes with customers, oversee the Method platform, and enable users to win.

You will be hands-on in security operations, tool development, and solution architecture, sitting with users, training, troubleshooting, and shaping platform features. A CS or cybersecurity background plus experience in Python and Go is preferred.

Qualifications

• Security expertise in offensive and proactive defense disciplines.
• Deep curiosity about how systems work and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in software development and prototyping; Python and Go are preferred.
• High agency mindset to proactively identify issues and solve them self-service.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operate Method Platform alongside users to develop wins and best practices for customers.
• Map and understand technical workflows from users and create well-scoped product opportunities with Method Product Development.
• Develop security tradecraft to integrate directly into Method Platform to unlock new value with users.
• Deploy, debug, and integrate Method platform into customer environments and security stacks.
• Troubleshoot Method Platform operations with users.
• Create and manage test range environments for onboarding, training, and testing.
• Serve as the customer facing technical and security expert.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop new features and user experiences for all customers.
