You will collaborate across teams to implement interfaces, participate in the full software lifecycle, and use a broad set of languages and RTOS on Windows, Linux, and embedded platforms. A Master’s degree in a related field is required or recent completion.

• . Salary range in California for this role: $86,000 - $160,000. Final offer varies by experience and location.

Responsibilities

• Apply CS, engineering and math concepts to develop software for target applications.
• Collaborate with engineers to design interfaces between hardware and software and analyze performance requirements.
• Support all phases of the SDLC for embedded real-time software in tactical radio equipment.
• Develop software test procedures, programs, and related documentation.
• Use modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data and run tests.
• Participate in peer reviews and defect tracking and repair.
• Work with multiple languages (C++, C#, C, Java, Ruby, HTML5, XML, SQL, Perl, Python, Ajax, Qt) on various OS and RTOS.
