Job summary

IERUS Technologies is seeking an Embedded Developer to design, develop, and validate embedded software for prototype RF systems and radar processing validation. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to integrate software and hardware for a high-quality prototype.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in electrical or computer engineering, experience with C/C++, VHDL/Verilog, MATLAB or Python, and familiarity with Xilinx Vivado and Petalinux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• Knowledge of or experience in digital signal processing techniques.
• Experience with Xilinx Vivado and Petalinux builds.
• Experience with VHDL/Verilog.
• Experience with C/C++.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or other scripting languages.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design embedded interface architecture to system level requirements.
• Implement firmware to interface PS/PL and other components.
• Develop software to implement radar processing algorithms.
• Generate interface documentation between software/firmware interface.
• Develop user GUI and manual for test team to execute tests.
• Analyze data to determine root cause of failure and generate reports/presentations.
• Work with engineers across IERUS locations to coordinate development capability to meet program development milestones.
