U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced sales/support professional to own payments management activities for embedded payments and treasury relationships.
You will drive portfolio growth, identify new opportunities with EPCs/TMCs and other banking partners, and support onboarding to realize revenue quickly. This role requires strong technical and analytical acumen, the ability to work in a matrixed organization, and delivering client proposals and demonstrations.

Directly and through Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs), and Embedded Payment Consultants (EPCs), own all of the payments management activities for high value and other key relationships in the embedded payments vertical. Assumes full responsibility for portfolio growth and expansion of cumulative relationships in conjunction with EPCs/TMCs and other banking partners. Identifies and refers new business opportunities with existing clients to EPCs/TMCs and support sales process. Monitors and enhances profitability of all relationships and proactively takes action to mitigate client and revenue attrition.
Responsible for managing the discovery, engagementand program delivery for Financial Technology (FinTech)and embedded payment opportunitiesand projects. This isasales support role that works with embedded payment consultants to support salesand client onboarding initiatives to realize revenueas quicklyas possible. Thispositionwillalso manageassignedaccounts and projects to retaincustomers and drive revenue. Works with internaland external stakeholders to ensure that the right partnersare effectively engaged, projectsare efficiently executed,and opportunitiesareadvancedand tracked. Partners with Embedded Payments, Product Managementand other stakeholders to evaluateand discover opportunities to drive growth. He/she will be responsible for displayingacomprehensive understanding of the technicalaspects of our company’s productsand servicesand how they integrate into the customer’s operations, consistent withabundled or solution-orientedapproach to obtaining new business.As opportunities surface outside of Embedded payments, will communicateand pass the opportunity to the respective organizations.Additional responsibilities include:

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
