Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix issues independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding and expertise in next-gen network solutions using optical transport and switching technologies.
• Develop embedded software to design, validate and document networking features for service provider networks.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with embedded software; diagnose root cause and deliver timely fixes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design, develop and test modem technologies.
