Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an Embedded Software Development Engineer in Murrysville, PA to design, develop, test, and optimize firmware for embedded medical devices.

You will work in C/C++, participate in the full software lifecycle, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with product management, hardware, QA, and cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, integrate third-party libraries, maintain GitHub-based source control, and produce documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
Experience with embedded firmware development using C/C++.
Experience in medical device or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Participate in the complete embedded software development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain firmware for embedded medical device applications.
Integrate software components and third-party libraries into embedded systems.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
