Job summary

Hayden AI is looking for an Electrical Test Support Engineer to ensure the quality and longevity of our hardware platform. In this role, you will design and implement test fixtures, perform in-depth component-level failure analysis, and generate documentation.

Ideal candidates should have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 3-4 years of experience in hardware testing or failure analysis. Strong skills in debugging embedded systems and proficiency with diagnostic tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in hardware testing, manufacturing test engineering, or failure analysis.
• Experience debugging embedded systems and high-speed communication interfaces.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and shell scripting for automated diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test fixtures for hardware validation.
• Conduct failure analysis on returned hardware.
• Generate detailed first-level analysis reports for cross-functional teams.
• Analyze RMA data trends to recommend improvements.
