Job summary

FLX Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, build, and bring up the electronics powering the FLX BOT. You’ll own boards from schematic through production hand-off and work closely with robotics and software teams to deliver reliable hardware for field use.

Ideal candidates have hands-on PCB layout, power electronics, and firmware for bring-up, with a track record of taking boards from lab to customers. DoD readiness and rapid prototyping are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required.
• Hands-on schematic design and PCB layout from concept to production.
• Experience with power electronics (DC-DC, linear regulators) and sensor interfaces.
• Experience with ARM Cortex-M or similar MCUs and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Design electronics for FLX BOT from requirements to production release.
• Bring up hardware, write C/C++ firmware for peripherals, validate performance.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and power systems into a reliable hardware platform.
• Lead design reviews and documentation for hardware development.
