Computech International (CTI) seeks an experienced hardware/embedded engineer to lead engineering projects and direct production activities in New York. You will design circuits, capture schematics, layout PCBs for embedded systems, and manage BOMs and supplier relations.

Required: 3 years in PM and hardware design, PCB design skills, proficiency in C/C++ and Python, and experience with Linux/Windows environments. Some travel may be necessary.

Qualificações

• 3 years of experience in project management and hardware design.
• Experience with PCB design, cables, connectors, and electronics.
• Hands-on experience with I2C, PCIe, and USB.
• Knowledge of embedded environments and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for embedded firmware integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assemblies.
• Ability to work in metric and imperial systems.
• Must be a US citizen or a Green Card holder.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineering projects and direct elements of production.
• Perform circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout for embedded systems.
• Select components and evaluate electrical systems by data sheets.
• Develop embedded hardware and integrate high-speed interconnects (PCIe, USB, I2C).
• Assemble, integrate, and test hardware prototypes.
• Create production files, BOMs, and manuals; manage supplier relations.
