Job summary

IPS Technology Services seeks an Embedded Engineer with Matlab and C to develop firmware for microcontrollers and SoCs in a W2 role. The candidate will leverage Matlab proficiency and C/C++ to implement robust embedded solutions.

You will write low-level drivers, work with RTOS, and debug using JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers while collaborating with hardware engineers on PCB designs and schematics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of embedded systems engineering experience.
• Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, VxWorks).
• Familiarity with debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware and embedded software for microcontrollers and SoCs.
• Write low-level drivers for peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO).
• Perform hardware bring-up, debugging and board-level testing.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers on PCB design and schematics.
