Reporting to the VP, Technical Advisory, you will be responsible for building and leading Autodesk's Embedded Engineering organization, working alongside customers to discover, build, and operationalize AI-enabled Design & Make workflows that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Embedded Engineering is a new product-adjacent capability designed to bridge the gap between customer innovation, production deployment, and Autodesk Product and Platform learning. The team will work deeply within customer environments to connect Autodesk technology with broader enterprise systems, industrialize AI-enabled workflows, and convert frontline customer learning into reusable reference architectures, connectors, agents, patterns, and product insight.
You must be passionate about building new technical capabilities, solving ambiguous customer problems, and developing high-performing engineering teams. The successful candidate is a technical and organizational leader who can operate equally well with senior customer executives, engineering teams, Product and Platform leaders, and Autodesk go-to-market organizations. You bring a proven track record of leading highly technical teams, delivering complex solutions, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and translating customer needs into scalable technical and business outcomes.
