Job summary

Beamlink, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Embedded) to join our Los Angeles team. You will contribute to design and development of cellular infrastructure products, spanning hardware, firmware, and embedded software.

Expect hands‑on PCB design, board bring‑up, and Linux‑based deployments in demanding environments. You’ll collaborate across RF, FPGA, and manufacturing teams, writing Python/Bash scripts and working with on‑device provisioning and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in embedded systems or electronics engineering.
• Experience designing PCBs in Altium Designer, including schematic capture and layout.
• Strong understanding of digital electronics, power systems, and embedded hardware design principles.
• Experience with board bring‑up and hardware debugging.
• Familiarity with embedded Linux environments and scripting using Python and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to Altium schematic capture and PCB layout for digital, power, RF, and mixed‑signal systems.
• Select components and design subsystems for embedded and telecommunications hardware platforms.
• Perform board bring‑up, validation, debugging, and hardware troubleshooting using lab equipment.
• Collaborate across RF, embedded software, FPGA, and manufacturing to improve product reliability.
• Develop firmware and embedded software components in Python, Bash, and related languages.
• Work with Linux‑based embedded systems and on‑device scripting for provisioning, monitoring, and automation.
• Recommend improvements to existing hardware designs and power systems.
• Support manufacturing test, validation, and deployment efforts for Bentocell systems.
