Job summary

Global Connect Technologies in Portland, Oregon seeks an embedded software engineer to develop for QNX, Linux, and Android Automotive. You will design platform services and middleware using C/C++, and implement device drivers and hardware interfaces to enable full system integration.

You will also work on Android native components and multimedia services, while collaborating with QNX Hypervisor and virtualization technologies for robust platform bring-up and testing.

Qualifications

• Experience developing for embedded platforms (QNX/Linux/Android).
• Strong C/C++ programming skills with low-level systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with Linux device drivers (LDD) and hardware interfaces.
• Experience with Snapdragon-based bring-up and system integration preferred.
• Knowledge of Android native and framework-level components.
