Job summary

Alliantgroup LP. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams, diagnosing environments, architecting AI-driven solutions, and delivering measurable ROI.

You will leverage reusable accelerators and reference architectures to accelerate value, while balancing hands‑on coding with value realization, in a fast‑moving, collaboration‑driven practice. You will work with architects, engineers, and PMs, travel up to 30–50%, and ideally reside in Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/SE/Data Science or related field.
• Experience with enterprise clients in technical/consultative roles.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud infra, and modern software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to work without a fixed product roadmap and grow across the FDE scope.
• Willingness to travel to client sites up to 30–50%.
• Preferred: reside or relocate to Houston.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose before you build by embedding with client stakeholders and quantifying ROI.
• Configure and extend accelerator/library-based AI patterns into integrations.
• Lead technical onboarding and deployment for enterprise engagements.
• Instrument solutions and report on business outcomes with ROI framing.
• Collaborate with AI Center of Excellence to productionize successful patterns.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in live client environments.
• Influence solution design and roadmap for the practice.
• Support discovery, demos, and rapid proof‑of‑value builds.
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 30–50%).
