Job Description

Come join our team and work remote from home! The Email Marketing Specialist will focus on providing production support for various B2C projects, primarily within marketing automation platforms and CRM. Responsibilities include coordinating and implementing email marketing and lead nurture campaigns, and keeping management informed of project statuses. All duties must comply with company policies, investor guidelines, and applicable US laws.

The target pay range is $30.00 - $36.00 per hour plus an annual bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Use marketing automation platforms to create and manage assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, and blogs.
• Manage email campaigns including creation, scheduling, list management, segmentation, and testing.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
• Maintain email templates and collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Communicate project statuses effectively to team members and clients.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience in a corporate setting.
• At least 2 years of experience with an email automation platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Experience in mortgage or lending organizations is a plus.
