Logical Position, LLC is seeking a graphic design professional to create digital assets for client email campaigns. You will ensure assets meet project requirements and deliverability standards while collaborating with teammates to support our fast-paced workflow.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work from home flexibility when aligned with business needs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Klaviyo is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant Associate's degree or 1+ years’ experience in graphic design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Commitment to team dynamics and following leadership directives
• Understanding of Email Marketing Graphic Design best practices
• Basic understanding of Klaviyo and other email marketing services
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to be self-sufficient, learn quickly, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Develop digital assets for emails to engage customers and drive conversions
• Ensure assets meet project requirements and client satisfaction
• Ensure images meet deliverability best practices
• Follow client requirements for content accompanying assets
• Coordinate and implement A/B testing for client campaigns
• Determine Call to Action strategy to capture conversions
• Participate in client calls to understand graphic strategy
• Create infographics and icons for email campaigns
• Engage with HTML or CSS to customize client emails
