Job summary

Hot 8 Yoga is seeking an Email & Graphic Design Marketing Specialist to create and optimize email campaigns, maintain visual brand consistency, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of design experience and a passion for wellness.

This position involves in-office work from Monday to Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Join us to contribute to a community-driven purpose and help shape the future of wellness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience at agency, brand, and/or retail.
• 3+ years of experience as a social content creator at an established consumer brand.
• Passion for yoga, fitness, and wellness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain all marketing assets including digital and print.
• Support team in events and marketing initiatives.
• Work with marketing managers on campaigns and promotions.

Job Responsibilities

Email Marketing + Graphic Design

• Experience with building, designing and optimizing multiple automated email drip funnels
• Work with marketing + sales managers to schedule and create marketing blasts + sms
• Design, develop, and maintain all assets (digital, web, print, ad, OOH, in studio, window treatments, promotional, internal - ie training manuals, etc)
• Maintain consistency in visuals, branding, and brand tone across campaigns
• Support in the design and development of Hot 8 branded merchandise and promotional materials (stickers, decals, tote bags etc)

Integrated Marketing

• Support team in events, collaborations, new studio openings and other marketing initiatives as needed
• Work events and connect with key players to capture content and deliver event goals
• Other design projects and marketing responsibilities as assigned
• Design Research and Mood/Concept Development
• Digital Asset Organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience at agency, brand, and/or retail.
• 3+ years of experience as a social content creator at an established consumer brand.
• A passion for yoga, fitness and wellness preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools, including Figma.
• AI proficiency for content/asset creation
• Strong sense of design principles, current design trends, social media landscape, emerging content formats and best practices across platforms. Keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Knowledge of these areas a plus: animations, original illustrations, product design, apparel graphic design
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to build credible, effective relationships with key stakeholders and cross functional teams across corporate and studio environments.
• Must have strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
