Job summary

Chameleon Collective in New York City is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our client’s team, focusing on email and digital creative. You’ll design weekly campaigns, optimize imagery, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

Work closely with marketing and creative to translate concepts into on-brand experiences, build lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, and grow ownership as you learn the brand. Five-day in-office role in downtown Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Portfolio showing digital design capabilities; email campaign and layout examples are required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent typography, composition, and layout skills.
• Ability to edit imagery and create GIFs from video assets.
• Strong understanding of digital design best practices and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and build weekly email campaigns and lifecycle flows.
• Translate campaign concepts into on-brand digital creative.
• Build and update campaigns and flows within Klaviyo.
• Select, edit, and optimize imagery for digital use.
• Partner with marketing and copy to create cohesive campaign messaging.
• Maintain consistency across imagery, typography, layout, and brand aesthetic.
