Job summary

Exchange Life is seeking a designer to craft on-brand, mobile-first email campaigns for our travel jewellery brand. You’ll design in Klaviyo, build hero blocks and product blocks, and turn briefs and copy into ready-to-send designs within 48 hours.

You’ll handle 2–4 emails a week with room to grow, showcase a strong DTC ecommerce portfolio, and bring steady turnaround, clear communication, and familiarity with AI image tools to the team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of DTC / ecommerce email designs.
• Figma skills and Klaviyo drag-and-drop experience a big plus.
• Reliable turnaround and clear communication.
• Bonus: experience with AI image tools.

Exchange Life is a fast-growing travel jewellery and community brand. We send several marketing emails every week and need a designer who can keep up.

What you'll do:

• Design on-brand campaign emails for Klaviyo (hero, product blocks, CTAs), mobile-first
• Match our current design standard: our new Arcady-redesigned flows
• Turn a brief and copy into a finished, send-ready design within 48 hours
• Handle 2–4+ emails a week, with room to grow
